Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For pro-assembled bikes, please allow an additional 48 hours for our technicians to perform a safety inspection before dispatch.
Do Epic Cycles bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. We include a toolkit and a step-by-step video guide with every order.
What is your return policy for cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging. Please note that bikes must have less than 10 miles of wear for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?

What kind of warranty comes with my frame?
All Epic Cycles frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components like drivetrains and brakes are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties for 2 years.
